BASIC GSM RECEIVING COMMANDS, BUT NOT TURNING THE MOTOR ON PHYSICALLY, WHAT TO DO?!!!

Hi Everyone!

This post is most important for every one who are using single phase starter. One of our customer who is a senior citizen using our product for the past 2-3 yrs called me one day and complained that our Basic GSM unit is taking all the commands. When he tries to turn on the motor by command, the products shows motor ON, but really the motor was not turning.

I tried to explain him that starter has to be checked. But his age, does not agree to what I said.

All elderly people have a fixed opinion and to convince them is always a real challenge to me. He terribly wanted the product to be serviced and sent the product to me.

While checking the product here in our premises, tests passed and there is no issue with the product.

I told him over phone that there is no issue in the product.

He asked me to reship it back.

After receiving the product, he complained the same to us. We forced him to arrange a video call as he was never ready for that because, he is not aware of what's app video call. Somehow he agreed and we went on a live video and tested the product lively and we found and tried to make him understand that there is no issue with the product.

The relay supply to the green button was there. The supply from the green button to the coil and contactor is disrupted due to some reasons. We forced him to take action on the area with the help of local electrician.

Somehow he arranged an electrician and found that there is a problem in the starter.

He gave me a what's app message as under:

"Madam your last message helped the technician to locate the real fault. The failure of the white capacitor connected between two terminals of the green button was the cause of issue. Now it is working properly. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. There was no other option for me. I do hereby express my gratitude for your sincere attitude towards your profession."

Inference about this incident:

Many customers most often do not accept what we are telling being biased on their opinion. Most of them never recharge their sim cards and call me stating, GSM unit is not giving reply. We are using the sim only for message replies and there are no calls going from the sim in the GSM unit. There are higher chances of the service provider to check the sim account and being not recharge, make it dormant. So I request you to all recharge before the cut off date. If you are recharging after the cut off date, just take out the sim and put it in a small phone and check if calls and messages are going from that number in order to ensure its activation. Then reinsert your sim. It will work.

Secondly, please consider our experiences and have little patience to what we are saying. We are here to resolve your issues. The point is, whenever we deal with patience, we can listen to what others say. So, we will give you the prompt solutions and resolve the issues. Just we need your co-operation.

Thirdly, many customers are not near the GSM devices. They purchase it for their relatives. For GSM support, it is always better to schedule a time with us and better go near it and give us a call. We can sort out the issues in a minute. It saves all of our time and energy.
